Cancellation & Return Policy
1. You understand and agree that the Transaction can be cancelled by You or DARLING in the following scenarios:
- DARLING does not have the product selected by You, due to unavailability of stock;
- You are situated outside the geographic location within which DARLING cannot undertake to deliver the Product;
- The address mentioned by You for delivery is incorrect and/or there is a change in your address
- DARLING does not make any attempt in initiating the delivery of your product, within 3 (three) days from the date on which You receive SMS/Email communication from DARLING regarding confirmation of the Transaction; * Any other act/omission by You or DARLING, which renders delivery of the product impossible.
2. You understand and agree that once You receive a SMS/Email confirmation for delivery of the product from DARLING Limited, You will cease to have any right to cancel the Transaction.
3. Subject to above conditions, You understand that DARLING shall be solely responsible for quality/quantity/merchantability/ delivery/installation/replacement of the product and that DARLING Limited shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any delay or other issues that may arise in relation to the product.
4. DARLING is not liable to provide a solution to any escalation received post 30 days of the delivery of the product.

All concerns received within 10days of purchase our team will fix an appointment and meet you in person and address the problem.
Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of tampered or damaged box will automatically disqualify and return claims.
The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on darlingretail.com
- The Product delivered is different from what was actually ordered.
- When the package was opened the Product was damaged or defective.
Products like Laptops, Mobile Phones and Mobile Phone accessories are non-fundable unless the package received is verified as defective or damaged.
All items to be returned must be in their original condition along with the following.
- Original Order Invoice
- Original packaging with labels, user manuals and warranty card
- Serial Number/IMEI of the product being returned should match our system
- Any accessories/components, combo or bundle products or freebies you received with the purchase
- For Wrong product/color, incorrect description and missing accessories, the product should be unused
If for some reason we are unable to replace a defective/damaged product, then we will refund the money.
