As a Team Leader at Darling Retail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a retail showroom specializing in electronics, gadgets, and furniture. Your primary goal will be to support the team in achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an engaging shopping environment. You will oversee sales and customer interactions, assist with inventory management, and contribute to fostering a positive and motivated team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Support:

• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, stocked, and visually appealing to attract and engage customers.
• Support in maintaining showroom layout and display standards.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Lead the sales team in achieving individual and collective sales targets.
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure high-quality customer interactions and satisfaction.

Inventory Assistance:

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory checks to minimize discrepancies.

Team Leadership:

• Motivate and guide team members to perform at their best.
• Conduct regular team huddles to communicate goals, share updates, and address challenges.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.

Compliance & Safety:

• Support adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and secure showroom environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment, ideally in electronics, gadgets, or furniture sectors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
